Cancellation Policy
Late Policy:
If you are late to an appointment, I will still do my best to complete the service in the time we have left. The price will remain the same as booked-regardless of what we were able to complete within your time slot. A 5-10 minutes will be left at the end for rescheduling and clean up. I will wait a maximum of 20 minutes, at that point it’s considered a no show unless otherwise discussed.
No Show Policy:
No shows will not be tolerated. If you no show, you will not be rescheduled.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of services booked will be charged in order to rebook. Exceptions may be made depending on circumstances, all clients get one free short notice cancellation.
